
After suffering some health concerns in her 40s, Malia knew she needed to take back control of her unmanageable life. She tried everything she could think of on her own to no avail. Isolated and alone, she came across a group of mid-life women making lifestyle changes through fitness and nutrition. She joined a 12 Week Group Coaching Program in August 2024 that included mindset shifting, weight training, macro tracking and in 12 weeks she was down 30 lbs. Over the next six months she would lose another 30lbs, gaining strength and confidence, and reconnecting with her inner glow. Sure there was more work to do, but the shift had happened. She had awoken her Warrior Goddess. Her Divine Badass. Her Rebel Heart.
